Osprey Aviation Ltd
Our wholly owned Air Operator Certificate — extending Air 7 Asia’s charter capability across the 2-Reg and N-Reg fleets.
Osprey Aviation Ltd is Air 7 Asia’s wholly owned Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder. It is the regulatory foundation that allows us to place a wider range of aircraft into commercial charter service — and to operate them, and maintain them, entirely within the Air 7 Asia group.
Through Osprey, we operate 2-Reg aircraft on charter alongside our established N-Reg fleet, all managed and maintained from our corporate hangar facility in Singapore. For owners and charter clients alike, that means more aircraft, more flexibility, and a single, accountable operator behind every flight.
A Global AOC Under the 2-Reg Registry

Osprey holds a fully owned, global AOC issued under 2-Reg — the aircraft registry of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. 2-Reg is internationally respected for combining rigorous safety oversight with a modern, responsive and efficient regulatory framework. For aircraft owners, the registry also offers optimised tax treatment and broad international access, making it an attractive home for privately owned and commercially operated jets.
Because Osprey is owned entirely within the Air 7 Asia group, owners and clients deal directly with us rather than with a third-party AOC holder. Oversight, operating standards and service remain consistent from registration through to every departure.
Part 125 & Part 135 Charter Operations
Osprey’s AOC encompasses both Part 125 and Part 135 operations. This dual scope allows us to operate a broad spectrum of aircraft types and mission profiles under a single certificate — from on-demand executive charter through to the operation of larger aircraft. For owners, it means genuine flexibility in how an aircraft is deployed for revenue charter; for charter clients, it means access to a larger and more capable fleet.

Part 145 Repair Station — Singapore
Osprey also holds a Part 145 repair station licence, based at our 50,000-square-foot hangar facility in Singapore. The aircraft we operate are therefore maintained in-house, by certified engineers, under the same group accountability that governs our flight operations.
From routine inspections and line maintenance through to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery, the Part 145 approval keeps the fleet flight-ready and fully compliant — minimising downtime and protecting long-term asset value.

Two Registries, One Seamless Operation
With Osprey, Air 7 Asia operates 2-Reg aircraft on charter alongside our N-Reg fleet, which flies under Air 7’s ARGUS Platinum-rated FAR Part 135 certification. Operating across both registries lets us match each aircraft and each mission to the most advantageous regulatory framework — without the client ever needing to navigate the distinction.
The result is a larger, more versatile charter fleet, greater scheduling and routing flexibility, and a single point of contact for every booking — all delivered to consistent international safety standards.
