Air 7 Asia was established as a joint venture between aviation experts Jamie Lenox and Stefan Wood, alongside Air 7 LLC. Jamie and Stefan bring a wealth of experience in the aviation industry.

Their combined experience spans 50 years across various sectors, including airlines, private aircraft management, and special mission services, providing Air 7 Asia with the insights and knowledge to offer customised, high-quality aviation solutions. Together, they have created a company focused on delivering exceptional services tailored to the needs of the Southeast Asian market.

Management

Jamie Lenox

Managing Director

Jamie is a highly skilled aviation professional with a distinguished career as a former RAF fighter pilot and business jet captain. He brings extensive global operational experience drawn from a 20+ year career across the military, government special missions and executive and medical charter. With an educational background in Aeronautical Engineering, he has also been involved in various projects involving Part 145 setup and maintenance planning. He also has an instructional background and has been involved with various strategic consultancy projects in both live and synthetic training, as well as commercial support and military training.

Along with Stefan, he co-founded Air 7 Asia in 2021 with the mission of providing a first-class charter solution for both aircraft owners and charter passengers. His leadership, vision, entrepreneurship, and technical ability have been key to Air 7 Asia’s success and growth.

Stefan Wood

Executive Director

Stefan has been involved in commercial aviation since 1992. In 1995, he founded his first aviation company in Darwin, Australia, starting with just one aircraft. Over the next decade, he grew the business into a leading operation with 46 aircraft across seven bases in northern Australia.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Stefan transitioned from aircraft operations to management and brokerage, leading to his relocation to Singapore in 2007. There, he established Singapore Air Charter, a premier aircraft brokerage and management company in Asia.

In 2021, Stefan further broadened his ventures by co-founding Air 7 Asia, solidifying his presence in the aviation sector. His extensive industry knowledge, paired with operational and technical expertise, has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in private aviation across the Asia-Pacific region.

David Allen

Development Director

David has been a key figure in aviation and infrastructure development for nearly two decades, specialising in aviation management consulting and strategic asset transformation. With a strong track record in Southeast Asia and beyond, he has led projects in airport capacity enhancement, air transport assessments, and large-scale infrastructure transformation, supporting major funding bodies, leading airports, airlines, and global aviation leaders.

A firm believer in simplifying complexity, David is known for distilling challenges into clear, actionable solutions. His ability to navigate regulatory, operational, and technical intricacies has driven high-impact outcomes.

Joining Jamie and Stefan in Air 7 Asia’s early stages, he played a pivotal role in shaping its strategic direction. His expertise and innovative approach have been integral to the company’s growth in the private aviation sector.
